Key Responsibilities

- Present valuation findings to stakeholders and management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong knowledge of valuation methods and financial modeling
- Proficiency in valuation software and advanced Excel/modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and presentation skills

$45-60/hour (25-35 hours per week)
Full-Time
$80,000-100,000 annually with bonus potential
